They stole a fog light from me, when I took my truck for service, they put in a headlight that was not the right voltage, it burned out after a month and then they held me responsible, why did they argue that I had changed the fog light, when I never had it I got involved and always took the truck to the agency, in fact my truck had no signs that any external mechanic had fixed it, they never gave me a solution, they didn't even want to apply the profit, my truck is 2023, their only solution was to tell me that I pay, they never helped me, it makes me unfair to pay for something that was changed and stolen at the same agency

Unfortunately one comes to this place out of necessity, but the service is terrible and there is no prompt response, one calls them and they just leave us on hold, it should be less than one ⭐
